Given the limited number of invitations available, we want to ensure a fair and thorough review process. Please rest assured that each application will be diligently evaluated, and upon successful review, a confirmation email containing your event ticket will be sent to you promptly. Please note that the ticket cost is 500 Euros, and payment should be remitted to the designated account within 7 days from the date of confirmation. The fee covers both lunch and dinner, as well as refreshments provided throughout the day, and includes parking facilities. 50% discount is available for members of IHK Frankfurt and IHK Darmstadt.

In the event that our invitation quota reaches full capacity, your name will be strategically placed on a waiting list. Should an opportunity arise, a ticket offer will be extended to you accordingly. We kindly request that if you choose not to accept this offer, you inform us promptly so that we can offer the place to the next participant in line.

For transparency, please note the following important points:

1-In the event that scheduled speakers are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be issued.
2-To ensure a respectful environment for all participants, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or recording videos during the event. Any unauthorized photography or videography may result in legal actions being taken. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
